A Crashed Rolls Royce Merlin
One of the four Rolls Royce Merlin engines from a Halifax bomber which crashed in 1944 on Great Carrs, a fell of 2,575 feet in height in The Lake District of Cumbria, England. The crew of seven Canadians and a Scotsman all perished in the crash.
